The basis of our philosophy is that you can earn the foods you crave by doing healthy activities. Foods are divided into three categories:

  • Staples - these are always available and do not need to be earned
  • Earned foods - earn these by completing activities
  • Cheat only - don’t eat these unless you spend an earned cheat on them
