Frequently asked questions

When will the emails arrive?

When you purchase your program, you will get some time to prepare yourself. Part of that is choosing when to start your program. If you start it at 8AM, all subsequent emails will arrive at 8AM as well.

Are there any additional charges?

No. The €30,- is a one off cost. There are no monthly fees or additional charges. Our program doesn’t require you to buy any special items or supplements either. All you’ll be eating are whole, nutritious foods.

Can I do the program a second time?

Our IT system is set up so each subscriber can only do the Fresh Start program once. If you really want to do the program a second time, you will have to subscribe using a different email address. Pro Tip: save your emails in a separate folder, so you can revisit them whenever you want.

I’m a vegetarian. Can I do the Fresh Start program?

Yes. Although we recommend eating meat and fish for optimal health, it is possible to do a vegetarian Fresh Start program. If you are also avoiding eggs and dairy, we do not recommend you do our program.

I’m currently doing a paleo diet. Should I do the Fresh Start program?

Although some of the things we will teach you will sound familiar to you, our system and app add a new dimension to primal diets. The Fresh Start program will change your life, even if you are already a paleo adept.

Can I do the program if I’m gluten or lactose intolerant?

All green and yellow category foods are 100% gluten free. If you’re lactose intolerant, you will have to avoid butter, cream, cheese and yogurt (which we’ll reintroduce in the second phase of the program). Because our program is based on whole, unprocessed foods, this should not be difficult.

Can I do the program if I have other allergies?

The diet you’ll be following is based around whole, nutritious foods, so any foods that can trigger your allergies can be easily avoided. Eggs, nuts, fish and shellfish are all in our green category, but can be replaced with other foods easily.
