Recommended use: Use freely when earned.

Chicken and turkey are good choices for lean meat and an excellent source of high quality proteins. Eat different cuts from the animal (including organ meats), and don’t cut off the fat; it’s satisfying, healthy and delicious.

Choose organic, naturally fed poultry whenever you can and limit your intake of industrially fed poultry (read our Deep Dive about sustainable agriculture if you are worried about the impact consuming meat has on the environment).

Our app also allows you to set a vegetarian diet (in the settings); it will take meat, poultry, fish and seafood off the menu.
