Recommended use: Avoid unless you spend an earned cheat.

Cream has a good fat composition, but it also contains quite a bit of lactose. On a lower carbs diet, you are trying to minimize the sugars you eat, so cream is in the “cheats only” category.

This also means you will have to drink your coffee black. There’s a good chance you’ll grow to like it more that way.
