Nutrition Guide

Recommended use: Season all your food to taste, but avoid salty snacks.

Salt is a natural nutrient that has received a lot of bad press in the past decades. Recent studies suggest that if you have no medical conditions, you probably don’t need to watch your salt intake. Salt is the body’s most prominent electrolyte, and having enough of it is important for overall health and wellness.

In the Western diet, much of the salt you eat comes from processed foods and ready meals, which you should avoid as much as possible. Eat natural whole foods and season all your food to taste. This will ensure your food is delicious and provide you with the right amount of salt.
