Which foods to eat, which to avoid, and why

The purpose of the Reset diet is to reset your metabolism and make you an efficient fat burner. It sets strict limitations on the amount of sugars in your diet. If you are coming from a Standard Western Diet high in starches and processed foods, start with the dietary restrictions set out below. After 3-4 weeks you can switch to the full Healthy Lives diet.
